جمهوری اسلامی در یک اقدام فاشیستی برای ۹۰۰ هزار مهاجر افغان ضرب الاجل سه ماهه ای برای ترک خاک ایران تعیین کرده است. مقامات جمهوری اسلامی اعلام کرده اند که به هر نفر از مهاجرین که داوطلبانه ایران را ترک کنند از سوی کمیساریای عالی سازمان ملل در امور پناهندگان ۱۵۰ دلار پرداخت میشود و تسهیلات لازم برای کوچ آنها به مرز افغانستان فراهم میشود.
مهاجرین افغان بخشی از جمعیت ایران هستند که بعضا دهها سال است در آنجا کار و زندگی کرده اند. دستمزد ارزانتر این مهاجرین در کنار بی حقوقی مطلق آنها در جامعه، وضعیت بسیار غیر انسانی را برای آنها ایجاد کرده است. سوء استفاده کارفرمایان و سرمایه داران از شرایط این مهاجرین برای سودآوری بیشتر و سرکوب سیستماتیک آنها توسط حکومت فاشیست اسلامی، زندگی توام با ترس و اضطراب و جریمه های سنگین بخاطر نداشتن اجازه کار و اقامت، عدم ثبت نام کودکان در مدارس و محرومیت از سایر تامینات اجتماعی و تحقیر هرروزه توسط مدیای حاکم، گوشه ای از شرایط غیر انسانی حاکم بر مهاجرین افغانی در ایران است. در صورت بازگشت به افغانستان نیز آینده ای مبهم، نا امن و تاریک تر در انتظار آنها خواهد بود. این اقدام جمهوری اسلامی و دفتر عالی کمیساریای امور پناهندگی سازمان ملل یک جنایت آشکار است و فقط با عملکرد فاشیست ها قابل مقایسه است. ناسیونالیسم ایرانی نیز در همنوایی با حکومت اسلامی در تحقیر و شانتاژ علیه این مردم شریک است.
مقامات و رسانه های کثیف حکومتی در تبلیغات فاشیستی خود میگویند با اخراج مهاجرین افغان از ایران به بخشی از معضل بیکاری پایان داده میشود. الصاق جرم و جنایت به مهاجرین محروم افغانی نیز بخش دیگری از تبلیغات کثیف حکومت اسلامی علیه آنها است. این بخشی از تلاش مذبوحانه رژیمی است که در حلقه محاصره خشم و نفرت مردم قرار گرفته است. این اقدامی علیه همه مردم است و باید با عکس العمل هر انسان شریف و مبارزی مواجه شود.
حزب کمونیست کارگری اقدام جنایتکارانه جمهوری اسلامی و دفتر کمیساریای عالی سازمان ملل در امور پناهندگی را محکوم میکند، از حقوق برابر شهروندی مهاجرین افغان و همه ساکنین کشور صرفنظر از محل تولد آنها دفاع میکند و همه مردم را به مقابله با این رفتار ضدانسانی و تبلیغات فاشیستی علیه مهاجرین افغانی و دفاع قاطعانه از آنها فرامیخواند. برای پایان دادن به بیکاری و فقر، ناامنی و جرم و جنایت و کلیه مصائب اقتصادی و اجتماعی باید مردم ایران اعم از مهاجر و غیر مهاجر، متحدانه بپاخیزند و حکومت ننگین اسلامی را بزیر کشند.

Stand against the mass deportation of Afghan immigrants from Iran!
In an unhumane action, the Islamic regime of Iran has given a 3 months ultimatum to almost 900,000 Afghan immigrants to leave the country. The regime officials said that every Afghan that voluntarily leave Iran will be received $150 by the UN Refugee Agency and their luggage transported to the Afghan border.
Afghan immigrants are part of those residents of Iran who have been working and living there for decades in absolute rightlessness. Being systematically oppressed by the regime, living in a permanent fear of harassments, heavy penalties, and expulsion due to lack of residence and work permission, being denied by the authorities the right to get their children to school, lacking of any social security, being humiliated by the official media, along with lower wages which make them being brutally exploited by employees, these are features of the situation of Afghan immigrants under the Islamic rule in Iran. The officials and media claim that unemployment in Iran would remarkably be reduced by the expulsion of Afghans. Ascribing crime and unemployment to deprived Afghan immigrants is another element of the provocations of the regime against them. The Iranian nationalism too is sharing with the Islamic regime the humiliation and intimidation of the Afghans.
It goes without saying that a far more uncertain, unsecure and dark future is waiting for these people in case they are deported to Afghanistan. The decision of the Islamic Republic of Iran in coordination with the UNHCR to drive off Afghans is an obvious crime against humanity and is comparable with ethnic cleansings in the history of our times. This is part of the vain attempts of a regime to escape from the encirclement of people’s rising anger and hatred. This action must be faced with decent people’s reaction.
The Worker-communist Party of Iran condemns the criminal plans of the Islamic regime and UNHCR, advocates equal civil rights for Afghan immigrants and all inhabitants of the country independent of their place of birth, and calls on all freedom-loving people to stand against this inhumane treatment and propaganda against Afghan immigrants and strongly support them. For ending poverty, unemployment, insecurity, crime, rightlessness, and other economic and social sufferings in Iran, the people, including immigrants, must rise unitedly and overthrow the disgraced Islamic regime.
Down with the Islamic Regime of Iran!
